      Andrey has 23+ years of international experience. He co-founded VIYM in 2006, and successfully manages assets in a number of hospitality and multi-use real estate development projects across Europe. One of the key projects he, together with his international team, is working on now is the Antognolla’s Resort & Residences development.

      Andrey is an internationally experienced hotel operator. Thanks to Andrey and the VIYM team, Four Seasons opened its very first hotel in Russia, the Four Seasons Lion Palace in St Petersburg. He also ran the development of the first Hard Rock Hotel in Davos, and Vienna’s Radisson Blu Park Royal Palace Hotel and Residences.

      Prior to co-founding VIYM, Andrey led the development of the largest hotel in St. Petersburg "Pribaltiyskaya" and opened the first indoor water park in the city, the largest in Russia. He also worked in various financial consultancy roles at Rocco Forte's New Hotel Group, MCD-Pannell Kerr Forster and Europe Management-Invest.

      Andrey has a distinguished background in academia. He was previously an Associate Professor of Economics at St. Petersburg State University, holds a PhD in Finance & Credit from St. Petersburg State University, as well as an EMBA Global from London Business School and Columbia University GSB. He is fluent in Russian, English and German.

      Andrey is well-known for his non-commercial projects. He cofounded the Dostoyevsky Petersburg Foundation to support the reconstruction of the F. M. Dostoyevsky Museum.
